Suave Looks for Men

Hey there Lacefigurettes! It's been quite a while since our last post, but Sam and I would like to expand this blog for BOTH men and women now.
So the trouble with guys is that sometimes they tend to pick out clothes that makes them look like "douche bags". Let the truth come out; women don't like men that wear Ed Hardy and pants around their ankles. The solution is quite simple (and no, you do not have to be apart of the gay community to have a good sense of style). Simple men's fashion trends such as button downs, bow-ties and a good pair of pants make all the difference. So let us end the female-repelling and start with some simple tips.

This may be hard to hear, but women like well-groomed men. Break down those gender stereotypes and let us begin with some common street fashion:

The secret to men's fashion: great basics. Layering things like denim button-downs, knit sweaters and tweed blazers makes a man look like he just stepped out of a fashion magazine. Also, a simple pair of nice, casual shoes just completes an outfit. Color also makes a humungous difference. Very few men know how to successfully pull off a fire-hydrant red blazer, and probably should stay away from it. Colors such as burgundy, greys, browns, blacks, blues and whites are very easy to layer and put together.
Stores such as American Apparel, Topman, Urban Outfitters, Zara and H&M carry tons of closet staples.

    1. I would try Urban Outfitters, TJMaxx or any of those little shoe stores in malls you'll never know what you will find.
At Urban there are a few I like. For example the Cooperative Two-Tone Saddle Oxfords, the Deena & Ozzy Electro Oxford, or the Kimchi Blue Embroidered Eyelet Oxford. I hope that helps
